Maharajas Express
Maharajas express was introduced in 2010 which was the only luxury train in India to
travel across the country and is one of the most luxurious awarded train on planet. It

Palace On Wheels
The palace on wheels is the oldest and iconic Indian luxury train, first introduced in 1982. It is painted by cream color outside and is one of the best luxury trains in the world and covers the most popular cities and sites in Rajasthan with Taj Mahal.
It has modern facilities like Royal spa and amenities. This luxury train was once used by Nizam of Hyderabad and the King of Princely states of Gujarat, Rajputana. This is first heritage luxury train which gives the charm of Royal travel to its guests on board. Some are prime features in this luxury train which are 14 Saloons in the train, channel music system, Intercom, Mini pantry, attach bathrooms with hot and cold water and personal attendant.
Deccan Odyssey
The Deccan Odyssey was introduced in 2004 which is managed by the Taj Group of Hotels and it’s designed by the lives of maharajas of 16th Century. It is one of the Indian luxury trains which offers six diverse itineraries which primarily covers Maharashtra, GOA, Gujarat and Rajasthan. This is five star indulgences on wheels which take you from Dehli and Mumbai. It has multi cuisine-restaurants having expert chefs, there is spa for massages and other great art facilities are available.
Cabins are consists of 21 plush coaches, 11 passengers cars and 2 presidential suites.
Some more features including Air-conditioned deluxe, Conference room, beauty parlor, Bar, Spa, Gymnasium and services are available
for the disabled guests.
Two restaurants on luxury train are available with a selection of culinary delights and the staff of the restaurants is very special because of their
background services.
Golden Chariot
The Golden chariot is currently undergoing renovation and is expected to start its operations in Feb 2020. It offers several itineraries and depart from Bangalore and it is the only luxury train of South India.
The train has 19 coaches, 11 guest coaches’ design with traditional décor with modern amenities.
Some other facilities which cannot be forgotten that are interiors depicting the essence of Karnataka, TV’s with satellite connection, writing desk, private bath, padded bed, gym facilities, spa centre with 2 massage rooms and lounge
area for relaxation.
There are two elegant restaurants Nala and Ruchi with beautiful décor inspired by Halebid and Hampi style of architecture.
Royal Rajasthan On Wheels
The Rajasthan on Wheels is a luxury tourist train run by the Indian railways which are entered into the services in 2009. The train gives the royalty of Rajasthan with royal hospitality which gives it huge fame in Rajasthan. During the traveling visitor’s delight in the indigenous cultures and traditions of deserts.
